Our Nursery and Reception children are known as Class Hedgehogs and they are taught by Mrs Davey (Mon, Tues, Weds) and Mr Roberts (Thurs & Fri) and supported by Miss King.

Children can start in our Nursery class the term after they turn 3 years of age.
We currently offer places from 8.55am - 3pm, all children are eligible for 15 hours government funding but you may also be eligible for 30 hours government funding, please click on the Childcare Choices logo below to see if you meet the criteria.
Should you not be able to claim 30 hours funding extra hours can still be booked there will be a charge of £12 per session.

Children can start in our Reception class in the September of the year that they reach age five.
Admissions to our Reception class are handled by the Local Authority.

Children in Nursery and Reception follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS). All of the children's learning and experiences are underpinned by the seven areas of learning and development of the EYFS, all seven areas are inter-connected but are split into;
- communication and language
- physical development
- personal, social and emotional development
- understanding the world
- expressive arts and design
